The Managerial-business skills development for researchers (MBSDr) program is an international, highly-intense training program as part of the Pacinno project that is designed to enhance researchers leadership, management, and business competencies to sharpen your ability to tackle cross-functional challenges in your research organization. The main aim of the MBSDr program is to develop the managerial and entrepreneurial skills of R&D professionals as individuals, and consequently improve the functioning of their teams and organizations. The courses that are part of the MBSDr program are led by upstanding lecturers with international expertise in the fields of management, leadership, innovation, and creativity. The location of the MBSDr program is Vipava Valley, Slovenia.
The Programme is divided into two blocks of workshops:
- Business environment (block 1)
- Management skills development (block 2)
Each block is composed of several subject courses and delivered over five-day residential modules, in the Vipava Valley, Slovenia.
